According to the management situation of agrometeorology and eco-environment monitoring information as well as the requirement of business and research in natural reserve,the information database,which includes observations information,parameter information and products information has been established based on the Microsoft Access 2000 in the paper.The visualization developing software Visual Basic 6.0 was made use as the development tool so as to realize the automatic program of data acquiring,editing,querying,checking,statistic,analyzing,codes transmitting,reports output and data transition.
