    Abstract:

    CMCM-98 Contest Question A has given rise to much controversy.For example,is risk profit curve a broken line?If so,how many sections should it be divided into?Is it proper to use the maximum profit risk model?What’s the correct answer to preference coefficient model?This thesis is meant to find out an all inclusive solution to CMCM-98 Contest Question A and disscuss the above questions in detail.
