This thesis uses the daily Meteorological data at 19 representative locations over more than 50 years to analyze Northern Vietnam’s climatic changes and its effects on agricultural production and the distribution of the climate and climatic changes, climate productive force changes are given by adopting(EOF),integrating regression and other statistic methods.
