Observations are made on several precipitation processes in Harbin,with the aid of GBPP 100 ground raindrops spectrometer made in USA.According to the radar data and synoptic observations,the paper divides precipitation cloud into three kinds:status, stratocumulus and cumulus,analyzes the micro physical structures of three kinds of precipitations,with focus on the distribution characteristics of raindrops spectrum. M-P and Γ distributions are also used to fit the diameter of raindrops.
