基于AERONET的西亚地区气溶胶光学特性

中文摘要:利用AERONET 10个站点的level2数据分析得到2010-2017年西亚地区多个气溶胶参数(光学厚度AOD、波长指数α、粒子谱、单次散射反照率SSA和吸收光学厚度AAOD)的季节、年际和日变化特征。西亚站点AOD、AAOD、α和SSA的平均值分别是0.245?0.094、0.030?0.006、0.889?0.247和0.918?0.016,粒子呈双峰分布。各站点的气溶胶光学参数呈现明显的季节和区域差异。AOD总体表现为春夏大,秋冬小。受沙尘影响,各站点α最小值和粗粒子峰值浓度均出现在春季,但α最大值呈现明显区域差异,阿拉伯半岛站点多出现在冬季,而环地中海站点出现在夏季。此外,阿拉伯半岛站点AAOD夏秋大、冬春小,SSA春夏大、秋冬小;而环地中海站点AAOD冬春大、夏秋小,SSA夏秋大、冬春小。除了季节变化外,两地区气溶胶的日变化也不同。阿拉伯半岛站点年平均AOD的日内差异普遍比环地中海剧烈。其中沙漠站点呈明显的早晚高,中午低的特征。从年变化来看,除TEP站的α值和ERD站的AAOD值呈显著下降趋势外,其它站点各光学参数的变化趋势均不显著。

Study of Aerosol optical properties over the West Asia region using AERONET data
Abstract:The seasonal, annual and diurnal variation of aerosol optical properties are analyzed at the 10 AERONET sites over the West Asia using Level 2 data during 2010-2017. These aerosol optical properties include aerosol optical depth (AOD), ?ngstr?m exponent (α), volume size distribution (VSD), absorption aerosol optical depth (AAOD), and single scattering albedo (SSA). The results show that the average of AOD, AAOD, α and SSA at the West Asia sites are 0.245?0.094、0.030?0.006、0.889?0.247 and 0.918?0.016, respectively, and the VSD are bio-modal. The aerosol optical properties also show robust differentiation in different season and region. In general, higher AOD occur in in spring and summer, while lower AOD occur in autumn and winter. Due to the dust storms, the minimum of α and peak concentration of coarse particles are both found in spring. But the maximum of α is different in different area. The maximum of α often occur in winter at the Arabian Peninsula sites, while in summer at the Mediterranean sites. At the Arabian Peninsula sites, higher AAOD occur in summer and autumn, while lower AAOD occur in winter and spring. Higher SSA are found in spring and summer, while lower SSA in autumn and winter. But at the Mediterranean sites, higher AAOD occur in winter and spring, while lower in summer and autumn. Higher SSA are found in summer and autumn, while lower in spring and winter. In addition, the diurnal variation of AOD is also different in the two areas. The diurnal variation of AOD at the Arabian Peninsula sites is much obvious than those at the Mediterranean sites. Among them, the AOD at desert sites is higher in morning and nightfall, while lower at noon. The trend of all optical properties at all sites are not remarkable except the decreasing α at TEP and AAOD at ERD.
