青藏高原臭氧谷极端事件的定义与特征

中文摘要:利用1979-2016年ERA-interim逐日再分析资料,定义了青藏高原臭氧谷(OVTP)极端和普通强(弱)事件,并讨论了其特征。结果表明:1)OVTP极端强事件夏秋季节多发,在10月出现最多,共出现278天; OVTP普通强事件春夏季多发,在7月出现最多,共出现233天。OVTP极端弱事件秋冬季多发,在12月出现次数最多,共出现525天;OVTP普通弱事件冬季多发,1月出现次数最多,共出现282天。2)OVTP极端强事件显著上升(0.6天·年-1),极端弱事件显著下降(-2.07天·年)。OVTP普通事件的变化均不显著。3)OVTP极端强事件的面积和强度均在秋季最大,10月达到最大值;OVTP普通强事件的面积和强度均在夏季最大,7月达到峰值。OVTP极端弱事件的面积和强度在春夏较小,4月达到最小值;OVTP普通弱事件的面积和强度在春夏秋均较小,在4月和10月达到极小值。4)OVTP极端和普通强事件的面积(强度)呈显著增大(增强)趋势,极端和普通弱事件的面积(强度)均呈显著减小(减弱)趋势。

Definition and characteristics of extreme events of Ozone Valley over the Tibetan Plateau
Abstract:Based on the daily reanalysis data of ERA-interim from 1979 to 2016, the extreme and ordinary strong (weak) events of the OVTP over the Tibetan Plateau are defined and their characteristics are discussed. The results show that: 1) OVTP extreme strong events occur frequently in summer and autumn, most frequently in October; OVTP ordinary strong events occur frequently in spring and summer, most frequently in July. OVTP extreme weak events occur frequently in autumn and winter, and occur most frequently in December; OVTP ordinary weak events occur frequently in winter, the most frequent in January. 2) OVTP extreme strong events increased significantly (0.6 days·year-1), and extreme weak events decreased significantly (-2.07 days·year-1). OVTP changes in ordinary events are not significant. 3) The area and intensity of extreme strong events of OVTP are the largest in autumn, reaching the maximum in October; the area and intensity of ordinary strong events of OVTP are the largest in summer, reaching the peak in July. The area and intensity of OVTP extreme weak events were smaller in spring and summer, and reached the minimum in April. The area and intensity of OVTP ordinary weak events were smaller in spring, summer and autumn, and reached the minimum in April and October. 4) The area (intensity) of OVTP extreme and ordinary strong events increased significantly, and the area (intensity) of extreme and ordinary weak events decreased significantly.
