By using the IP switch technique and designing filtration rules in the Internet firewall between different structure and site networks,safe transfer of the data of the Shanghai (3km) numerical prediction system is realized.In the numerical predict manufacturing process,the visual basic language is used to make the images of the "quantitative prediction of fixed point and time" while the GrADS plot software is utilized to produce synoptic charts.Further more, the images are combined with Shanghai electronic maps made by GIS technique.By this way, all numerical prediction information could be browsed in local area network(LAN).
