The apparent temperature model is built based on the thermal equilibrium equation,combining with the character of metabolism in different aged people.Through comparing with the comfort model used widely currently,the apparent temperature model on the basis of thermal equilibrium is proved to be more universal.At the same time effects of wind,humidity and radiation on apparent temperature are analyzed.These results will provide theoretical basis for developing comfort service and setting up system of city environment service.
