    摘要:

    本文介绍运用两个正交变换求出二次判别函数的方法。指出,该方法可以对二次判别函数进行优选,比逐步判别效果好.还指出,当存在大量预报因子时,如果首先用逐步回归或逐步判别方法对预报因子进行初选,则既可以做到计算稳定,还能进一步提高判别效果。

    Abstract:

    The method of quadratic discrimination through orthogonal transformation is introduced to optimize quadratic discrimination function and has proved more effective than the method of stepwise multiple discrimination. It is noteworthy that when there are a large number of predictors it is better to make a preliminary choice by using stepwise multiple discrimination or stepwise regression so that the calculation can be made more stable and the effectiveness of discrimination can be improved.
